Felipe Pereira was born in 1986 in Portugal.

He studied in the Lisbon Polytechnic’s Higher School of Dance (degree in dance) and in the Choreographic Creation,

Dance Research and Training Programme at Fórum Dança in Lisbon. In this programme, he trained with Meg Stuart,

Francisco Camacho, Loïc Touzé, Jennifer Lacey, Jeremy Nelson, João Fiadeiro, Miguel Pereira, Vera Mantero,

K. J. Holmes, Mark Tompkins, Patrícia Portela, among others, and he created the solo “É grande mas fica-te bem” and

“Hale” a collaboration with Aleksandra Osowicz, Helena Ramírez, Inês Campos and Matthieu Ehrlacher.

As a dancer, he worked with Félix Ruckert, Victor Hugo Pontes, Inês Jacques, Trisha Brown Dance Company, Tiago

Guedes, Tânia Carvalho, Sofia Dias, Vítor Roriz and Martine Pisani for her next piece rien n’est établi.
