Jean-Baptiste Veyret-Logerias is based in Paris.
He is a performer and performance maker. In 2005-2006 he was part of the first edition of the ‘Essais’ program at Centre
national de danse contemporaine in Angers / Emmanuelle Huynh. He has been singing for a long time and often uses
voice in his projects for its plasticity which he enjoys to combine with the presence of the body, be it choreographic or not.
His personal and collaborative works have been presented in France, Portugal, in the Netherlands, in Germany, Belgium
or Denmark. He has been actively participating in the formation of the international network Sweet & Tender collaborations
and in the organization of its events.
He has worked with artists such as Daniel Larrieu, Robert Steijn & Frans Poelstra, Begüm Erciyas, Ivana Müller, Dennis
Deter, Gui Garrido... and has also collaborated with visual artists like Lizzie Scott, Frédéric Moser & Philippe Schwinger,
Gwen van den Eijnde. In 2011 he started a course in somatic-education method Danis Bois
